Founder
Terrence Okeke Taylor
Born in Freetown, Sierra Leone, Terrence has designed and led learning for managers and executives across Africa, Asia, the Americas, Australia and Europe. He has held executive roles in learning and organizational effectiveness at Standard Bank, Ecobank, Discovery and Meta, and was part of the team that built Google's internal consultancy, which helps Google executives design and run high-performing teams and organizations. Terrence holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and triple majored in International Relations, Economics and Afro-American Studies at Brown University. He has taught team leaders, managers and executives at the Gordon Institute of Business Science since 2004, and has taught its popular Business Opportunities and Innovations in Africa elective to master's students since 2008.
